In this week’s episode, “A Very Special Episode” Pan and Beth have a long, serious discussion about episodes 1.15 and 1.16, “Wentworth Prison” and “To Ransom a Man’s Soul.” The tone of this week’s episode is very different from the rest of the season. Rather than our usual shenanigans, we take a critical approach to how sexual violence is used and portrayed in the series, focusing on the issues that come up in these two episodes and the real-world affect media can have on an audience.
